Red wine or white wine?

I am rather partial to a mellow Australian Shiraz or a good Claret.

I prefer wine with food - if on teh piss I have preference for a nice malt. Highland Park or Tobermory (not the womble :nono: )

I concur with Biggles on the Shiraz,

I also like Cabernet Sauvignon, and the odd Merlot is also rather nice, although I do find that Merlot can be a little soft, so I can get sick of it. A good Rioja can be good but a bad one is like aviation fuel!!!

Liebfraumilch has to be the most revolting white wine .... musty like its been in your grandma's knicker drawer for about 40 years :sick:

Of the Reds I hate Grenache....tastes like ribena and I also hate ribena.

Out on t'piss.....Newcastle Brown and 1/2 pint glass....2-3 and I am arseholed!!!!
