I don't really see how this makes any difference. Do you really think they're going to prosecute anyone who violates the law? It's probably just so they can say that they are trying the music indusry's rights. If it's been made illegal in the U.S., I sure haven't changed my downloading habbits.

last week the CRIA (Canadian record industry assholes) took 29 ppl to court, demanding that internet providers give names and addresses that correspond to the IP addys they have. The courts told the CRIA to fuck off but the idiot judge did some dumb shit. He made it so that CRIA needs less evidence next time to take ppl to court and sue them. Trust me, Canada being all safe for bootleggers is gon end soon.
The thing is the 29 ppl were Canada's largest UPLOADERS,making like 40,000 files available for downloading, so I guess that shit is true.

yea.. the most i upload in a month is about 500 megs lol , i never really downlaod anything and now i dotn even listen to songs any more.
