Your one of the lucky ones ? Pre sp2 or "cough" a legit copy ? Well some of us are not so lucky but imput is appreciated , because I for one was stumped on the invalid key responce. Saying this key was not issued by Microsoft . If you have a better trick or crack please share . :) My PM 'S are MT at the moment ! :)



Or your one of the few that has windows auto update enabled ? I'm curiuos by nature as have installed on a few computers . :)

I now have two entries in my start, all programs tool bar . Windows updates and Microsoft updates ! Silly O/S or what ? :dry:

Both entries open the same windows application. I deleted my shortcut in the start menu>all programs area for "Microsoft Update" and kept the one for Windows. I replaced the outdated icon for Windows Update with the new MS one though. :D


However, so far my updating and using Windows Validation with the updating service through my current PID and key, Izzy reports all systems, "go fly". :cool:

i have auto update enabled. my xp is using a XP Corp with SP2 slipstreamed. i dled it a long time ago, around when sp2 came out. :blink: :blink: update works just fine for me :D :D I RULE! :01: :schnauz: :01: :schnauz:

No 2 entries here. Just read about this while at work. Pirates will still get critical/security updates. So no biggie.
