IMO, this game is crap. The practically pitch black setting akin to Doom 3 totally ruined it.

Your max download speed in theory would be about 120kb/s but you shouldn't expect anything above 115kb/s because of headers and such.

Get a bank account, make sure the visa logo is on it. I have had a CC since I was 15 :D

You can pay for Newshosting via Paypal as well now, but don't worry. I've told hundreds of people about Newsgroups and they all say the credit card thing, then they don't use paypal and then about another 50 excuses, it's a simple fact of life that because you are use to downloading you don't want to pay to use the service.

Isen't that a Debit card? A friend of mine got one but I know they have limits on them like $500.

$50? Its like $15 a month.

No you need a parent and your passport to get a bank account and once you turn 14 or 15 they send you your card in the post, at least thats what they do in the UK.

Y would u need a passport to get a bank account? Is that ID in the UK? I know in the U.S. u don't need a passport, u just need ur parents signature and a get a limit. Atleast thats what my friend needed. I'm not sure if this is the same everywhere in the U.S.

Yes, a passport is a form of ID in the UK, and when you create a bank account you need a valid form of ID so they can check that you are not wanted by the police or not who you say you are. It helps the police cut wanted criminals from money supplies and makes sure the banks don't get scammed by someone who pretends to be someone else.

Here in Cyprus you need to be 18! And show an ID of course in order to have access to your bank accaount via any way! unless you parents sign..

Guys i just downloaded the clone Quake4, i installed and when i try to play it just crashes! it starts shoing me the first quake symbol icon on my Desktop and theh it just crash.. and is throwing me out of the game! what should i do?

Btw i used the alcohol and antiblaxx

thats what you probably need to do, read the NFo file, it has the info there, it says that in my NFo, (after installing it).

Nah i tried to play this game, but i only got 17 frames per second even on low settings.. I'll try and hold off from playing it until i upgrade to skt 939 and get a 6600Gt..

I played it yesterday and am going to in 10 mins. I love it. It's just as 'jumpy' as HL2 and its not too scary (yet).

Its still not that great for the games coming out lately. I like my games running in higher resolutions (1600x1200) smoother. :frusty: This card sucks at high resolutions.

damn, what if i wanna play at 1280X1100 (not sure) or 1154X864? will the 6600gt perform well.

what about the x800gto 256 mb that is for pci-e x16.
