Don't you think being you also got you into those jams.
What jams?
The ongoing one with one person in which I was looking out for my mother?
Is that one of them?

The jams to which you referred when you said you'd got out of more jams that VB1234 could ever know.
You know, the ones you said about and then quoted.

Oh so you don't believe the lawyers fuck up? I don't know about all the intricacies of law (sans the fact that I've gotten myself outta some court jams) but I know wtf a lawyer should ask to even have a possibility of a desired outcome and this lawyer didn't.
Even the cops were dumbfounded. :dabs:
Qualified don't mean good at it, thumbass.

I believe all people are capable of fucking up - what I don't believe is that you'll have anything to say which could prevent further fuck ups.
Wasn't that clear?

No it wasn't. If a person feels the lawyer is going the wrong direction, speak the fuck up. This is irregardless to defense or as a plaintiff.

Yeah. If you have reservations, state them.
You've changed your tune from the 'coaching' you were going to bestow upon some unsuspecting lawyer.
Glad I could help cut thro' the bullshit bluster to reveal what you really meant.

thumbass, if I'm not on trial someone else is. I'm not the one in trouble.
If this is too fast we can start over.

I think you're getting to him, Barbie :)

Re: Good Ole American Legal System...
I wish the trial proceedings could be televised on court TV so that we could all watch this train wreck.

Re: Good Ole American Legal System...
Why, was the preceding trial as funny as this one?

That's why "coaching" was in quotes, thumbass.
You made up the unsuspecting lawyer bit.
The fact is a district attorney is going to do what they want. My lawyer will do what I want and then advise.
The district attorney is the only one (so far) that I had a problem with. She was fucking stupid and I could have argued the case.

My fault, it appears that you are going too fast.
Seems there are at least three court cases being referred to in this thread. One where your lawyer messed up because you didn't 'coach' them, one where you're getting sued for protecting your Mam and one I referred to where a vagrant is suing you for taking pictures of you at a train station in addition to the time he sued you for hitting him at a petrol station.
It's not my life, I hold my hands up to not being able to follow your fantastical train of thought.

Laughing at you, thumbass.
So after I was sued for 10 grand and lost, another lawsuit was brought against me.

The guy is like the one where the black fella shot the people on the train.
He represents himself. The one time he had a lawyer, he argued with him in open court then fired him.

I totally agree, btw. You would be superb as a District Attorney, your level headedness, even temper, superb grounding in reality and training fixing telephone headsets will stand you in good stead - would I be too presumptuous in predicting an immnent change of vocation :o

Re: Good Ole American Legal System...
I'm not the one making up stories on the interweb.
However, you saying that I'm stupid as a line of argument is almost a compliment since I'm clearly far from it and the stuff you're trying to justify is in a stupidity league of it's own.
Do you really think we're that guillible.
