Add to that that many people get killed by them.
Not a great thing at all.
My right to own one is great though.

Re: Post Great Things ex The USA.
 I know in the UK the cops dont carry guns, only night sticks. We're having a crisis here in the GTA where there are gangs now and they're opening fire everywhere in public.

I object, we're stupider. We all need to have something to hold onto, even if it is the stupidty troffy. Alabamans are just dirty and fancy their sisters more, but their clever, except regarden dental hygeine.
Since I'm not a native, I have to carry a special visitors pass in order to live and work here. It doesn't actually have any writting on it, just a picturre of Barney.
If I act too smart- like, they have the right to boot me out. Thatz why my posts are all dumbed down.

Beware, you slipped up recently and posted something which I thought really rather clever.
However, those big ol' dumb Texans probably didn't notice and your residency is safe :shifty:

Saw a thing on an out takes programme the other night about a Southern guy who does a TV fishing show. The most accident prone guy on the planet and in the space of a couple of minutes he destroyed about half a dozen fishing poles. I actually fell off the sofa laughing.

I wouldn't say the US invented movies or the television.

We have much money tied to our military, yet many technological advances were born out of our military.
The internet and email are prime examples which came out of the Cold War.

Nah, chicks browse forever, mostly clothes.
I buy stuff like electronics. It's still shopping but.....it's electronics.
My "shopping" consists of research on the product first and then a buy.
I did it for my lawn tractor, washer and dryer, HDTV, computer, cell phone, car stereo system, car, dvd player, house, bedroom furniture, etc.
I save money and get what I want and I ain't just saving a few pencewhateverthefuck.

Well keep in mind that through our military many of our technological advancements came about.
I know nothing about other country's freedoms. I just know I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I wonder ho would my job security, avenues for starting my own business, and other things would be elsewhere.
I couldn't see it being better.
