Can anyone temme if i can use utorrent remotely on keyweb or is it neccessary to use torrentflux..

If you are not then you will lost your Server and money.
If you are going for them I would suggest to use some resellers of them to cover your identity, and using Paypal and paying month to month to save your money.

In Germany for 1 single unlicensed mp3 you are entitled to be granted of 5 years in prison :) sins 2007 January,
so if you are EU then the case will be EU :) if you are not EU then you will simply lost the Server and will have prison ready if you accidentally get in Germany :)))
(and if your address is correct on the database you will get the invitation to test German Prison)

I hear keyweb and vectoral use same data center? Anyhow i would recommend keyweb as on my VPS i get 8MB! If you got either ROOTDS or dedicated($39 month!) you would be rockin

To put my 2 cents in. Keyweb is awesome, the turn around time for box issues is unmatched. I think they are staffed 24hrs for technical support.
I'd probably go with vectoral also but I wouldn't share my box. Keep it to yourself they have plenty of cheap plans there.
