I think he's looking for single tracks :) Although you could tick only the one you want when adding the torrent.

p2p and lime wire, on my opinion is the fastest

The best way i know is writing the name of the song in google and a host site address.
for example,
Lil Wayne - My Life zippyshare\mediafire and some other sites i know.
if i dont find the song like this i go for israeli forums or something

YouTube + MediaConverter.org? Or if you're part of a music tracker you can deselect all the songs you don't want when you're adding the torrent to your client. I've never heard of Soulseek, but since that's what a lot of people are saying I guess I'll try it (and you should to).

It's worth a try, I gave it a spin recently and it looked like a good way of getting tracks. Seems Nicotine+ is the recommended client.

www.filestube.com is also a quick and dirty site to grab stuff. 9 times out of 10 I can find a decent quality version of anything remotely popular and even a few that have been obscure.

I have used eMule for single tracks in the past, before I found Ares. But it takes a while to find someone whose queue isn't full so that you can get the file at 10-30kB/s.
