I am evaluating a dear friend of mine. He's been having marital problems, and his work has been suffering. I am caught up in a real life moral dilemma. It fucking sucks.

Exactly, appraisals are part of their job. To get the staff to appraise one and other really is appalling. Fair do's maybe feedback to the person's manager if someone did something really well and you want their boss to know about it. However that's a totally different barrel of frogs.Quote:
