Both are good things , it depends what you need , with money you can have both and also you can have both things for free , but at the seedbox it matters the space it has , if it would have 1 TB or 2 that would be very good and something like that costs very much so on this choice the seedbox is better but in other conditions FTN would be a priority , so it depends on many factors .

You dont need neither seedbox or FTN , you can mantain a good ratio with every speed if you want , but if you have a higher buffer you feel better and with tracker invitations , you dont NEED them , you want them , but you can find the same torrents that are on rarer trackers on the low rated ones to .
FTN, its harder to acquire than a seedbox
seedbox because you can get ftn for free :P
