as far a recent shows, I can't believe nobody has mentioned 24. I think that was mutual between execs and Sutherland tho.
Drive was a good show, that never stood a chance, and Flashforward should come back for at least one season. They had a gd flash during the last episode ffs!

I want The Wire to come back - think a few more seasons could still be great, not sure that it was cancelled though as just came to a scheduled finish. Others are the obvious like Arrested Development and Firefly.
