Hey guys - and you, too, 7th Element - it is nice and interesting that you try to develop something, but for the moment K++ is the best legal client you can get - the client itself is LEGAL - it depends what everyone is sharing.

The client offer you possibility to share thoughts & files like a phone for example, but better. You also cannot say when using a phone for illegal calls, that the phone itself is illegal. It is a useful tool and whether it is legal or illegal it depends on what you are sharing.

If you mean in "developing a 100% legal client" something what acts similar to
K++ and connects to Fasttrack and you would own the Opensoiurce code then it
would make sense to me as well. It would be useful, to develop a client
with following advantages:

- connecting to Fasttrack,
- a small -below ~800KB like Audiogalaxy client,
- 'BUT workingdecentralized like K++ with ability of small fasts Supernodes & Users,
- => If you manage to do this another advantage would emerge for the future:
the KL Board Community would own the Source Code and everyone could
help making it better.

To the name:

I think the current name "Kazaa Lite K++" is the best and while Kazaa stands for russian female goat (milking means getting files), I mean the current name
has an origin. Ok, but if the new client would be smalle and faster you could name
it in a way that indicates K++. Like:

K++ Fast
KLB K++ Client
K-Lite Board Client
K++ 2nd Fasttrack Client
K++ XtraSmall
K++ Small
K++ XS
KLB FTrack XSmall
KLB FTXS
KLB FTTXS
KLB K++++ ;)

Since they said that they decided for a name shortly after NotoriousBIC and uncle cracker made suggestions. I think it is either NitroSwap, Swapreactor,SwapFusion, or SwapZilla ;)

But I also liked my name SwapPursuit but it is probaby something else&#33;

The name will be SwapGate

as in "The gate which enables users to swap files" :)

Reasons are: domain was available, name is easy to remember, no spelling problems if people talk about it and so on.

No ETA set for a release yet but we are working hard.
