thats not even made to fit your processor. unless you plan on overclocking (you have no reason to with that monster computer), then you can just use the heatsink/fan that comes with your processor.

I doubt Intel would do that. It would kill their reputation. Its 3 weeks or so, benchmarks will be out a couple of days after release too. Whats to lose? You've got lots to gain though.
Yep i am getting them for $66 USAQuote:

People's reviews said for the price it kicked ass, and has alot of bass.
@Mad Cat, when it comes out and is said to be good, i will upgrade.

I can't understand you. You'll pay a couple of hundred dollars, and then in 3 weeks pay another couple of hundred dollars for a better chip...
Why not wait and get the better, cheaper chip?

Its to much hassle for something that isnt really that much better.

The video card companies cut production of the AGP cards back in novemeber supposdly, and have started working towards the new coming PCI cards. Thus, the retailers have to get rid of their stock now to make way for new coming cards.
Thats why its so low, and why there is a 99 item limit per customer.
Go ahead and get it.
Sorry i am tired and didnt want to add all of it :lol:Quote:

that computer isnt that bad, why wouldnt xp run on it?
my older computer used to have windows xp on it and it ran fine, but now that i built my new ocmputer, and dont have a good cd drive that will read burnt cds, i cant install xp on it.
btw, here are the specs of the old one:
amd k6-2 333mhz
96mb sdram
onboard sound and video (4mb)
8 gig hard drive
crap cd rom
currently running winows 98
Cuz 128MB is the limit and it two 64MB ram. And they suck.
2x64, makes 128 :P
Ok i feel dumb (mabey cuz i am tired i cant see it) but on the mother board i am getting.
Where do the to cd drives, floppy, and HDD connect to. I only see one slot
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc....-127-158&depa=0
Will my HDD install on it
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?...tion=22-144-118
and the two cd drives?
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?...tion=27-106-921

Check the top right, in blue, Their turned to face the side of the board. Kinda handy actually, easier connections to work with.
why dont u spend an xtra $15 and get the sata version??
Because he doesnt have a SATA hard drive, and if he gets one he will probably get a free PCI ATA CONTROLLER CARD WITH IT ANYWAY?!?!?!?Quote:

S-ATA is nice on a board, but its not needed, jesus christ.
theres 2 sata controllers on those boards...if anythin u get a thinner cable...he aint actually got it yet so why not get the sata over the ide???
sata cost about 20 dollors more for same GB and cache.
I can get a 160GB (IDE) for the same price as a 120GB (SATA). Sata is to expensive.
Also yet again the video card went out of stuck  I am just going to wait and hopfully they'll have it when i check out. ;)
Agent Smith, I think you will be happy with your selection.
please update us when you start assembling your creation.
keep a list, (in case more items become out of stock) that you can use
to substitute.(Murphy's Law)if necessary. Good luck! :D
Is this a good one?
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?...tion=14-102-286
Its the same but a ATI RADEON, and bigger price.
that card is perfect, as is any 9800 pro.
Ok cuz some of the reviews gave it a bad name.
Bad frame rate and over heats. Others said the opisite tho. :P
This went out of sell too
Arctic Silver's NEW Premium Silver Polysynthetic Thermal Compound: Arctic Silver 5. 3.5-gram( 1 cc. ) tube.
Will this work?
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc....-100-009&depa=1
unles your going to be overclocking you dont need that stuff.
I am just asking if thats the one i need, becuause i have no idea
Side not, i got everything in my shopping cart without shipping and haddling. SWEET
Only $ 1,727.98 :D
the stuff that is already on your heatsink will be fine, you wont need anything else. if you have the extra money buy the stuff u posted in the link earlier, but you dont need it. it will, however, help to lower your temps a little bit. but you'll be fine without it.
Thanks :)
