well.. should I solder the modchip or not?

I have some experience soldering computer chip parts such as a loose RCA input on a tv card (fixed it).. a wire that snaped off for a walkman radio (fixed it).. etc.

I dont have experience with massive amounts of wires, but I could take my time. What are your experiences?

btw, gta san andreas already preordered and the clerc said he gets the shipment this monday at 7:30pm.. said he'd give me tommarow.. Hee Eee!! Sweetness!

That's all I have been thinking about Is going to get this game and my manager gave me tuesday and thursday off I just love it that he gave me that off when the game was coming out.

i just got my copy at 7 at eb, man there was a huge ass line.... i was number two on there list got there 2 hours early.... this game is tight ..... funny as sh** too hehe.... back to playing :D :D

I used Memorex DVD -r's at 4x, i used Alcohol 120% to burn it. I use the fliptop with the Swap Discs. It might be the DVD -r your using, some brands dont work.

What are you using?

@ziggyjuarez, yes it is, been playing non stop. THe game is never ending, 22hours in and i am only 30% done. :D

'cause... i mean... "gta vice city" was awsome, i loved it... and SA seems to be waaay bigger and better than VC, so if you've played any gta game before, there should be no doubt this game rawwks!!!

damn!!! you know what?! im off to ebay to find some cheap ps2... if i can work on the price, i'll buy one...

With Grand Theft Auto already on its way to retailers, Rockstar has finally revealed the voice cast for the PlayStation 2 action-adventure. Protagonist Carl "CJ" Johnson will be played by Chris Bellard, an aspiring Los Angeles rapper who goes by the musical handle Young Maylay. A friend of DJ Pooh, who co-wrote the scenario, Young Malay will release his first full-length album later this year.

However, while San Andreas' lead will be played by a relative unknown, its voice cast is bursting with famous Hollywood and hip-hop talent. At the top of that list is Samuel L. Jackson, who will portray Officer Tenpenny, the corrupt Los Santos police officer who sets the game's criminal events in motion. Playing his partner will be Chris Penn, brother of Sean Penn and star of Reservoir Dogs.
