Pedomax and his cohorts have admitted that what has been said about him posting child porn is the truth. It's been admitted and publically accepted.
There is no slander here whatsoever. The claims would have to be false which they aren't for a case to be made.

Aside from the atrocious spelling he's correct on most of the legal issues (libel/slander, etc). Though posting someone's info like that is illegal in several countries due to privacy violations and questionable guilt.
Now my spell checker came up with 0 errors, so I am gonna assume that you're not that smart and think that US English is the only way to spell.

Most of the western world actually, you're supposed to give explicit permission for any of that to be posted or written in any sort of media.
Once again, DOX dropping is what pathetic teenagers do when think they're more important in the world than one kid behind a computer posting on a forum. Those details should have been sent to the authorities of his country of residence, not posted in some sad attempt to get the torrenting world to rally against a site that gave you the boot (and it isn't even the first one to do so... lmao).

The original claim was that Pedomax posted links to child porn and PTP staff did NOTHING about it and didn't care. I never said PTP was a front for child porn.
I demoted and banned my own Azazel account on PTP. Like I've said before, I DARE any PTP staffer to claim otherwise.
And for the 100000000000th time, we aren't talking about "questionable" jailbait pics. We're talking hardcore porn involving children under the age of 10.
It's really pissing me off tbh that so many people keep coming up with lies and half truths and acting like what Pedomax did was no big deal.
It's really pathetic that PTP staff and their friends are coming up with lies about me and trying to damage my name trying to keep talk off of the original topic.

This was stated nowhere that I've seen. "Child porn" in regards to Chan links is usually pics of 15-16 year old girls doing questionable things.

I'd think it doesn't take a genius to realize that just because a word is spelled correctly, it doesn't mean that the word is used correctly in context.
I could write a sentence saying "The post isn’t going get remove" (Hint, use CTRL+F) where all the words are proper English words, though in context they're spelled incorrectly.

Now, thats not spelling issues, it's grammar issues. Which is due to me not proof reading shit. When trying to act like a smart ass, it's best you make sure you use the proper words!

It's only a grammar issue if you were using poor sentence structure (which you did throughout the entire thing). It's actually a spelling error if you've chosen the wrong word simply because it sounds similar to another.
One would think that if you're going to be posting your crap on a highly visible blog, you'd at least make a half-assed attempt to make it presentable. I guess that simply speaks volumes about the quality of the posts there :whistling

He is just begging for a lawsuit, and I bet he is going to get one in return.
Personally I think he should be charged to post his advertisements on this website, as they have been more than prevalent throughout this entire thread.
All this drama and controversy is what his website thrives off of.
