If there are many leechers I seed for a very long time. Usually I get a ratio of 2.0 for every torrent. If leechers are missing then I just try to get to the 1.0 mark before removing the torrent from the client.

on external trackers i seed 80 - 150 %, on internal 400-600%

I could seed more if the ADSL ration was 1 to 1 (rather than 30% upload speed compared to download..)

I'm trying to seed back what i get... at minimum
on some trackers like OiNK it is really hard, but normally there is no Problem if there aren't too many Webseeder.

1:1 is what I seed.
If I want to build up some more ratio I leave it for some more time.

i just seed a file upto 150% and that is good enough according to me
