Actually, in the original Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network or B-ISDN definition, broadband was defined as > 2Mbps. Of course, nowadays it's used more loosely and could mean anything really. :)
Well, if you now have 1Mbps and before 1.544 Mbps (T1), the difference can't be that big? Furthermore if your college was also in Prague it could not have T1 as T-carrier connections are only used in US and Japan. Europe uses the E-carrier.Quote:

Before: my college's T1 line, wow. Those were the days, especially in the era of napsters music and imesh's movies, it was heaven.
