It's not even a real 3D movie and quite frankly was annoying. I wish my cinema had it in 2D :(.

The "old " movie was simply called Spartacus without the Blood and Sand addendum .
Actually I was reading up on Historical Spartacus hoping to get a little insight into the series season finale and I started remembering the original movie and how horrible Tony Curtis was in it .
Not The Son of Ali Baba or The Black Shield of Falworth "Yonder lies the castle of my fad-dah." bad but pretty darn close.God only knows why the studios thought continually putting some punk from Brooklyn in historically dramas was a good idea. :ermm:
Although Burt Lancaster another New Yorker rocked my socks off in The Flame and the Arrow and to a lesser degree in Crimson Pirate.
