I agree with this changes, because if FsC doesn't go up so PT and Czone must go down. By the way i've already expressed that, because it was most unfair to see PT and Czone in an upper lever than FsC.

i think RTS level 6, they have removed all invites, and SCN level 4

it should stay in lvl 7
