It's opening and closing all the time. Someone posted here that it was open, but when I checked it was closed. I checked again 20 mins later and it was open again, so I signed up.

Current stats:
Users Limit: 3000
Registered users: 2990

It's a great community but damn... so hard to seed!

The sign-up link is for the aom forums, NOT the tracker. To be a member of the forums you must already have an account at the tracker, which is closed. In other words, that link won't get you into AOM.
