It would start off that the Soviets held an advantage by being centralised and having a thinly spread network of spies and ex-pats. They'd completely obliterate Africa (except for the good parts like Egypt and S. Africa). They'd think the war was over but this act would incense conscionable black people everywhere. The USA's army would split off into fragments with the black only part, led by Colin Powell and endorsed by Obama himself would seek revenge and mobilise the German and French blacks into an offensive on the Russian's western border.

The Vietnamese would decide that they were black and rally the Indonesians and Pacific Islanders and lauch a suicidal attack in an effort to split the Russian defence into two fronts. The oriental 'blacks' would get crushed but this effort would enable the main body of US blacks to infiltrate central Russia through Pakistan and crush the Western body of Russian troops in a pincer movement facilitated by the beleaguered German and French soldiers.

The British black people would then join the war and pwn what was left of the Soviet resistance and take credit for everything.

I'd be there the whole time, watching BBCNews24 with a gigantic erection until its climactic conclusion where you'd see the timeless image of a Jamaican gunner in Red Square using a Russian soldier's helmet as a make-shift bong while the red, white and blue of the Russian flag was slowly lowered in the background.
