Yes I got a Creative Card...I dont know what control panel ur talkin bout.....I looked for it..couldnt find anyting..
the stutter is nowhere to be found when i play HL2, then again mines updated via steam and im running the newest 4.12 drivers, numbagheyxclusive, i think you just suck as life...
