Go Buckeyes! Beat Iowa!
Game day menu:
Philly steak and cheese subs, with shaved flat iron steak, sauteed green peppers, onions and mushrooms. Served with onion-rings on the side.
Game day rawks!
-doobs
I love Philly cheese steaks... especially the ones from Nathan's.
I have tried recreating them, to no avail. I suspect it needs a special degree of greasiness that is only obtainable in American fast food places.

Gem's great aunt is a sprightly 80-year old who is the village granny. She seriously still makes a living out of entertaining any celebrities that happen to pass through the area.
Because of this she got us a fantastic rate in a hotel that had a lovely spa attached to it. Woke up this morning to the most magnificent view.
The guy who played Billy Elliott was in the room next to us.
Kewl.
Maybe :shifty:
Well played, sir. I missed that one unfortunately. Highlights looked good though.
I watched Texas vs. Baylor this morning, then flip-flopped for the next 4 hours between FL vs SC and USC vs Stan (great game) and then watched TX A&M vs OU.
Full steam to Pasadena for my Longhorns at this point. :01:
Our gameday menu was similar but we put it on tortillas with queso frescas.
