BitTorrent Sites Open for Signup

Anyone know about Devil Torrents? It doesn't load for me for the past several weeks. And it's not showing the Error 404 message that means I'm banned.

404 = Site offline
403 = Ban

Either way, the site is down for me as well.

Works for me.

Recently told that Deviltorrents down indefinately because PayPal would not hand over donations !!!! - this was posted on another site and the poster also reckons that they have done this to many private sites recently

Ugh, first the MPAA were against us. Then the FBI. Now even a private company, Paypal's against us. Isn't business just business?

And underw.org is not working for me either. Dunno what the site is, but it said 404 not found.
