Speeds? Speeds there are horrible... In ScL and iTS cases, yes it is. People think that those trackers are great in content but they aren't. Definitely they aren't, they have good packs but nothing else.
Are you dating an SCT admin or something? It's not a big deal.
ScT uploads more packs nowadays since tht freeleech rules been implemented and the speed in ScT cant be matched at ScLQuote:

Why the maximum level is 10? It should be at least level 20, level 10 sounds more like a TOP, not levels. For levels up tp level 20, for ratings up to 10, because ratings it's not the same thing as levels. Levels can be infinite if we want, but not the rating value...
And with a value up to 20 would be more easy to understand, because there's some trackers which are on the same level as other trackers when they are more easy to get than the others of the same level.
What do you think if the list has level 20 instead of level 10?

And not many people trade HDB accts.
The site is full too so no one can invite ATM too :)

bitme stripped invites from 10 --> 3 max and some users were completely stripped of invites. Also PU level is 50 now. may be it's not enough to +1 level, but we'll see consequences soon..
