I would Have to say that "into the wild" really blew me away i never heard of it when i saw it but it has to be on of the best movies i have seen over the last 5 years

a lot of these movies are not exactly unheard of.

i would say look for anything before 1980 to find a hidden gem. one of my favorites is The Fighting 69th with James Cagney. real good war film that deals with issues like cowardice, patriotism, and sacrifice.

really nice romantic movie...almost a chick flick (somewhat cliched) but overall very nice...besides Zooey Deschanel looks pretty sweet!
