I've only just this minute realised that she wasn't being completely dishonest with you in that PM, she was right when she told you I can be unpleasant. I'm not sure she managed to convey quite how deeply unpleasant I can be, but then I'm not sure she ever realised how deeply unpleasant I can be. Still the point is that little bit of her malicious PM was correct.
