I guess you wondered what i could offer to SCC.If they accept me as an uploader though low upload speed i can upload some Turkish stuff.And i want SCC for specific movie, music packs.For example "Organized crime movie pack" or "Drug songs pack" that the other trackers doesn't have.

I'm not "making fun of you" , I don't make fun of anyone.I also don't believe that for all most trackers you have to offer them anything other than being honest.
What I attempted to tell you ( actually I insinuated that if you are asking me for something you should probably at least know that I have previously said on that subject in this thread ) was that I wasn't thrilled with how it had become the "ask for the rarest thing and hope for the best " thread.

No one bothered to ask for anything because they had a genuine interest or at least showed a genuine interest in what they were asking for so I more or less had a minor internal hissy fit and said "fuck it".

As for inviting you I have not told you no because I have yet to form an opinion one way or the other and there was no cosmic time limit set on my response.
Or perhaps you don't believe in the adage patience is a virtue.
