I dont see how RTT has a lower speed/content score than TL, its faster on most releases.

swebits signups still open.they change signup system like piratebits or bit-hdtv.
swebits move down 2.5 or 2.
Anyone has any tips on swebits signups ?? I've never got signup page.

NB should be moved to level 4.5 now that they are not going to be giving out invites to pu now and you must be a member for a long time and have contributed alot to get and invite. Much harder to get now.
