well we dont anymore, remember we did have 100,000 members about 6 months ago, we have wittled that down to just over 40,000 now, and not many accounts are being pruned, some are still obviously but not as many as previously.

but we have just made 11,000 users KL as well, so maybe in 2 months time, if they dont login again, we will see a lot of pruning going on.

or the easier option, just fix the damn things (hit and runs) as its not hard to do on BCG.

though am positive i did it right..over 50 times so far!!!

hmmm...There are TWO different errors:

When You get it right:
The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Go back and try it again.

When U actually get it wrong:
The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Go back and try it again.(reCAPTCHA said: incorrect-captcha-sol)

Besides, The words are separated with a space, Right?

It does seem to be working, new signups 2008-04 are 312 and it was 311 new signups 15 mins ago. Pending users are now 6.

Some sort of coding to prevent too many signups in too short a time?

That would make about 3000 new users a month. Was that not the target mentioned by stoi in the other BCG thread?

BC up to 319 new signups this month from 311 about 2 hours ago.

Still not sure it is fully opened as it has not passed the 43620 limit that was up earlier today.
