SceneFZ.org has Open Signups Until Sept. 25/08 :)

Not only is SceneFZ.org offering open public signups until Sept. 25, but all torrents are not counted towards/against the account ratio, either! (No DL/UL stats reported). With over 8,500 torrents and 30K users, download speeds are great at this 0day/general tracker.
