Do not try any weight gainers or supplements...at first. Workout and lift heavy for a coupla months.
I have never any supplements or weight gainers and I kinda skinny when I was younger.
I think I was about 160-170 in high school and I'm 5'9".
If you lift properly, the area you worked out should hurt the next day.
After a workout and if you are toned, your muscles will look bigger IMMEDIATELY but won't stay that way.
I know many fellas that were skinny and got bigger with a skinny frame.
You'll be less susceptible to injury in sports and just having the muscle will burn fat.
