I'm a bit confused about something here. You say you formatted and the PC is so slow. Did you do a fresh install of Windows or are you still running the old setup?

I reformatted a few weeks ago. should I send in the seagate drive? but yea, it took 3 mins to start firefox and 12 mins to get windows bootup. Do I have to reformat again?
