Who Is The USA's Closest Ally

I'm Canadian but voted UK not sure why just the first thing that popped into my head .

Could be just the political change of power [we just voted out a puke ] but Tony just seems to cow down to the Usa .

Let me explain...If Ally Sheedy is in Canada filming a made for cable movie,
(Lifetime) and Ally McBeal is in N.Y. filming a made for tv movie,(lifetime)
then Ally McBeal is the USA's closest Ally, at that particular time.
