I just got fired.........

Is their not a rongfull termination thing you can use? I mean taking a day off when a family member dies isnt something you should get fired for.

MagicNakor isn't American he's Canadian. It's not the same thing. Different laws.

I would have to see about a wrongful dismissal case. I believe it would be very strong, but I *just* finished a three-year court battle and am not really eager to start another one. I will though, if I can, because no one should be treated like that.
