Demonoid is pretty good for Apps - Win, Mac and PPC.
Would be nice if they cleaned up some of the redundancy...

OINK has tons of music, but is a very strict site, which is good and bad.

Learnbits is awesome for all sorts of learning/training material

I'll give RevT some love. Won't say its the best but its very very good, one of my go to sites. Actually it and TL are almost near identical in release times from what I can tell.
