Batman Begins for my favorite Superhero movie as it depicts in a more realistic vain for such a character, i.e. a dark bad arse likewise I like Heroes for the TV show as it depicts more realistically how individuals with such abilities might behave.

heroes is the best tv show, (unless you includ ethe tudors ;)

the best movies are most certainly not the xmen movies. they are embarrassing. spiderman two was good. batman one was good. and that is about it.
