It's not the pesky kids I would be worried about. It's the pesky Policemen reading your posts, which you had assumed to be private. That's who you really want to be worried about.

Bizarrely, whilst downloading is a civil matter (getting sued), piracy is a criminal one. That includes assisting others to breach copyright. That's taken more seriously than the actual downloading itself.

FFS don't tell me this is news to anyone. we've all been here long enough, discussing these very things.

Presumably it's open source, so no problem there.

I don't think cutting and pasting words from other internet sites would be considered a significant thing to do, by anyone. Particularly when you also post a link to the source.
