It IS possible. There are 1048576 MB in 1TB. On a true 100Mbps server, he can get 12.5MB/s (I have done this consistently on one torrent in the past). so, 1048576MB / 12.5MB/s = 83886.08s.

83886.08s / 3600s/h = 23.3h < 1 day.

Might be more likely than you think. Like I said, I've gotten more a consistent 12.5MB/s on a torrent in the past, so it's much more likely than just 1 torrent.
