T_T I have no arm strength whatsoever. I can do about about 35 at a time.

I've only just realised that a pushup isnt a pressup lol.. it's been a while. Anyway probably about 10 since I'm unfit and spend way to much time on the computer.

I used to do 100 in the morn and 100 at night but that was nearly 10 years ago....I will re-test this eve if I can be bothered, although I'm sure I wont bother.

i do 60, every other day. these are good old american push-ups (balls to the wall )
