i dunno if you have enough invites for all of us and i don't have much idea on what basis invites will be handed. If they are handed out "only" based on the rules you laid out i think i am "proper" candidate; all your rules are applicable with me.

It's only been 2 weeks (or even less) i have been in this section and this already is my 196th posts. I addition to that, whenever i can manage time, i enjoy dropping by in IRC channels...if i can't i at least will idle out ;)
