@Alen
well as i said am away from oily food completely, no rice which is why i gain this much weight in the 1st place, we have rice almost every day. last time i eat rice was around 4 months ago.
BUT i eat once in a week a BK burger meal everything on it and to adjust that i dont eat next morning, thats my deal, i atleast keep Thursday to eat something which i like. do you think that would hurt ?
@CG thanks
you're more supportive then my family.
here is some quotes from my father:
me: i did 2Km today
Dad: huh, that wont do any good, i do 8kms, in my early age i used to do 10.
now i know that a bunch of BS but the ironic part is he says he still can do it in age of 60 and will do it in 1 hour :lol:
no as long as you burn more calories than you eat, thats where a diary can come in handy.
the most usefull book ive read about training and diet is: Stuart McRobert - Beyond Brawn, second edition
its more weight training orientated but has so much good advice on making your life revolve around diet and exercise for people who can't make progress, its also really inspiring for a beginner, its written from the point of view of a skinny nerdy guy who wanted to be muscular and made lots of mistakes.
Ignore your Dad when he says things like that. He's jealous of your youth and trying to make you feel bad about yourself so he feels better about the fact that he is getting on in years. You do what is right for you. You are not your Dad! As your body gets used to excersise you'll be able to more and more until your Dad's 10 will look like a stroll round the park!
Huh. Parents suck.
Hope does 130KG, are not most of it BF....
wouldn't recommend running if you're seriously overweight, its a high impact activity and puts craploads more strain on the joints, tendons & ligaments in your legs. Also if you can't keep running for at least 1/2 hour its probably not doing much, so you'd be better off switching to swimming as others have suggested. It should be easier to do for longer and theres loads less chance of picking up an injury.
Quitting being an Arsenal fan will help you shave off the pounds. Thing of all the beer and pies you won't eat. :D
ok this is weired, i eat a finger long tuna sandwich at night with some fruits and a piece of a cake(not forest type, its home bake with nothing on it, kinda to eat with tea) and today i weight and guess what i freakin dropped 2Kgs, is this kinda joke, i dont eat and i dont drop a shit but if i eat i drop :wacko:
i guess pills which am using needs something to be mixed with for digestion.
