He isnt a cheater, He have normal upload with vectoral or other seedbox can get that speeed.

could have some crazy expensive hookup? who knows?

look at the time connected, when you have a really nice seedbox and even a few minutes up on others with seedboxes averaging 3.52 mb/s is entirely possible and i doubt the guy cheats but you could always just tell the staff there about it.

lol, are you serious? i always see 7-10MB/s+ on ScT & SCC regularly... its normal, 100mbit box can get this speed easily.
