No site is hard to seed if you are smart about it.

All sites are easy to seed on. You just download sensibly, and leave your torrents running in your client as long as it takes.

Yeah but it's either feast or famine.There are long periods when ,unless your uploading, nothing's happening.

For me, the hardest: BitMeTV, iPlay, iTS and SCC.

The easiest: FTN, TTi, AceTorrents, Tophos, TL, PiSexy.

I think SCT is very hard to seed unless you have seed box... or you are a uploader there.
