If a new tracker gonna be online... which content you want it to have?

A magazine tracker yes I know that you could probably find them else where but I would love a place that had some consistency on there releases and are able to sort it out by month or by magazine.

The tracker I was missing was already created some days ago. (I won't tell you the name or content until the admins do it themselves.)

If you're competent enough, I'd create a tracker which did not use a ratio system, and instead banned only if people hit 'n' runned, and never uploaded anything. It'd also have to try and make sure that people weren't limiting their upload speed to 1K etc...
But that'd be tight.
