Yeah, it's unlimited. And you're correct, you gotta be lucky to live in an appartment that's connected to the city's fibre network (and this means living in a bigger city in the first place), and it is usually pretty expensive. I'm lucky to live in a city where it's very cheap though :). However, i wouldn't say that there are few households in Sweden with 100/100.

well 512 / 512 kbps ,,,,around 35 USD

the fucking BSNL with 6 hours of unlimited per day and 2.5 gb limit per month ....

Actual avg. speed of 550kbp/50kbp for $45 in the US not including taxes.

I believe that's expensive comparing to other places.

Are faster connections actually better, do they give more value, in terms of speed and price, than slower?.And where is best value for high connections..
