What did you have for Sunday dinner?

I'm making the following:

Herb roasted chicken, sour cream and garlic mashed potatoes (actually, whipped potatoes) grilled corn on the cob, chicken gravy, and chicken stuffing.

Even though it's Thursday.

I think that the white parsley sauce you mentioned - sounded lovely.


I'm getting ready to peel potatoes. I hate peeling potatoes. I need a sous chef, ffs!

I eventually opted for a spicy fajita sauce.

I'm making chili; topped with sharp cheddar, diced onions, and sour cream. Cornbread on the side.
