well my isp uses a proxy I think , for example I cant reegister on torrentbytes because of this problem , on trackers on my country i have a different ip from what i have on external trackers but none of them 2 is like the one that dragoi92 has , but I dont use a proxy so you can ask around , dont know about dragoi92 though

It is easy to tell that these are two different people. The OP is obviously not that smart due to his getting jacked by someone. Therefore you can't believe he is so smart to talk in crappy English for one username and good English for the other...
