5 minutes now, and not a hiccup, so there's no problem at the server end.
Using Winamp 2, WA3 seems crap in comparison, and I haven't seen the beta for WA5 yet.

I've got adsl, I think that mmjb isn't as good for this as winamp, I'll try that instead, mmjb was just the first thing that popped up when I clicked on your link.
@ Illuminati - running shoutcast v. 1.8.2b (although I'm sure there's a newer version) and winamp 2.81
@ Jonno - our secret? shhhh... it's supposed to be a secret!!
BTW - I haven't yet lost connection.
I'm actaully using wa3  for some reason it works good on my comp., and so does the radio in WA3
@sharedholder, mmjb can run pls too. Music match Jukebox
Please guys, no WinAmp-Any other Music Player war - WA & JAP both work for the Radio, both receiving & broadcasting, so pls let it go.
I've been AFK for the past few minutes, which is why you haven't heard any drop in bit rate (Darker's hosting it but so far I have control of the broadcast :P). I'm changing it, but I need to halt the broadcast for a couple of minutes for the change.
It'll be back up at any time...along with our second test album, Linkin Park's "Meteora" :P
erm.......Yeah it is ;) Just ours :wub:Quote:

I had some problems - JetCast froze on me soon after I closed the broadcast needing an end-process-&-restart, and after that it didn't connect (must have been a rogue process still running, but I couldn't see it). I ended up restarting the computer :(
Either way, it's back up - The station is now set at 56kbps Stereo. There shouldn't be any buffer problems now. I'm not sure what Darker has planned, but I'm gonna let Meteora run til the end then probably try the next bit rate up (they're only about 8kbps between each rate). If you start getting any problems with the buffer, PM me or Darker ASAP :)
