actually, it don't surprise me anymore if the tracker is relatively young.. we saw already things like the tracker with denied public giveaways goes open signup next day... you can never be sure what happends next day... if older sites changed dramatically their access system, this thing would really surprised me. plus, such changes usually are demonstrating that current system doesn't work as great as planned, likely it's because of donations, less likely - lack of content (maybe it's attracting too much "level" hunters while staff wouldn't mind to get more people interested in content)
